DR. WARREN A. SHIPTON

International Scientific Advisor | Scientist & Holistic Health Expert

Dr. Warren A. Shipton is an Australian scientist, researcher, educator, and author with decades of experience in biological sciences, microbiology, education, and holistic health.

He earned a B.Sc.Ag. (Hons) and Ph.D. from the University of Sydney, followed by a Master of Education (M.Ed.) from James Cook University. Throughout his academic career, he served as Dean of Science at James Cook University, Australia, and as President of Asia-Pacific International University, Thailand.

Dr. Shipton is also the author of numerous publications on science and health, including The Distant Sound of Wisdom: Biblical Perspectives on Health. His work explores human health from a holistic perspective encompassing physical, mental, social, and spiritual well-being, integrating scientific research with insights into lifestyle and personal values.

Dr. Warren Shipton serves Athena Center as an International Scientific Advisor, contributing his academic expertise and scientific perspective to Athena’s development in wellness and holistic health.

SATI (ODA BOGAITE)

International Advisor | Holistic Therapist & Energy Practitioner

Sati (Oda Bogaite) was born in Israel and graduated with a degree in Law from Tel Aviv University in 1993. Since 1991, she has dedicated herself to studying and practicing Eastern healing traditions and holistic approaches to well-being.

With more than 30 years of experience, Sati has received extensive training in Zen Shiatsu, Reiki, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Qi Gong, Tai Chi, Yoga, and Meditation. Her journey of study and practice has taken her across Israel, France, China, India, Nepal, Myanmar, and Thailand, where she trained under experienced Masters and practitioners.

Sati began teaching Shiatsu in 1995, became a certified Reiki Master/Teacher in India, and has taught Reiki since 2001. Over the decades, she has guided and trained international students while developing a holistic approach integrating Body – Mind – Energy – Meditation to support balance and overall well-being.

 

Sati serves Athena Center as an International Advisor, contributing her extensive experience in holistic therapies, energy practices, and mind-body wellness.

CORY CROYMANS-PLAGHKI

International Advisor | Holistic Therapist & Energy Practitioner

Cory Croymans-Plaghki is a practitioner and teacher specializing in Asian Bio-Energetic Therapies (ABET) and Reiki, with more than 30 years of experience in energy-based therapies and holistic wellness in Asia.

Born in Belgium, Cory previously worked for the Belgian Government and served as a Trade Commissioner in several Southeast Asian countries before transitioning into the field of holistic health and healing.

In 1993, she began studying and practicing Reiki and later pursued advanced training in Reiki Master/Teacher practices, Asian Bio-Energetic Therapies (ABET), Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Vipassana Meditation, and Magnified Healing.

Since settling in Chiang Mai, Thailand, in 1998, Cory has dedicated much of her life to practicing, teaching, and training others in energy-based therapeutic approaches. She has also been actively involved in community service, providing free Reiki and ABET programs at hospitals, rehabilitation centers, nursing homes, and underserved communities throughout Northern Thailand. In 2008, her volunteer contributions were recognized with a Volunteer Award from the Governor of Chiang Mai.

Today, Cory continues to teach at the Asian Healing Arts Center in Chiang Mai, sharing her knowledge and experience in ABET, Reiki, and holistic wellness practices to support greater balance between Body – Mind – Energy.

Cory serves Athena Center as an International Advisor, contributing her professional expertise in holistic therapies, Asian Bio-Energetics, and energy practices.
