Forest Bathing Practice in Vietnam

KOKORO: THE WAY OF THE HEART

Shinrin Yoku 森林浴 - Forest Bathing is a Japanese healing practice of reconnecting with your body and soul while spending time in nature. Through 5 senses awakening and personal invitations you can learn how to slow down in order to become a true "human-being" instead of a constant "human-doing".

The main topic of the practice will be Kokoro [こころ].

It can be translated from Japanese as ‘heart’, but in a broader sense it also means wisdom, attention and sincerity. During the practice we will learn the art of Kokoro — how to follow our hearts in every decision we make.

What is Shinrin-yoku – Forest Bathing?

Shinrin-yoku (森林浴), or “forest bathing,” is the art of immersing yourself in nature, an intentional practice of slowing down, breathing deeply, and engaging your senses in the presence of trees.

Originating in Japan in 1982, Shinrin-yoku is not simply a form of relaxation, but a powerful natural approach to well-being gently calming the mind, restoring emotional balance, and renewing energy from within.

Today, it has evolved into a global wellness movement a quiet yet profound way to return to yourself, reconnect with nature, and cultivate harmony between body, mind, and spirit.
