At Athena, you’ll explore a diverse range of meditation techniques, each thoughtfully designed to nurture physical health, restore balance, and cultivate lasting inner peace:

  • Sensory Meditation – tuning into the body’s subtle movements, unlocking its natural capacity to self-heal.

  • Forgiveness & Gratitude Meditation (Ho‘oponopono Meditation) – a Hawaiian practice of healing through forgiveness, gratitude, and love.

Through a blend of diverse mindfulness practices integrating breathwork, observation, sensory awareness, and meditation, you will learn to nurture harmony between Body – Mind – Spirit.

Day 1: Understanding Meditation and the Science of Wellness

2. The Science Behind Meditation and Mindfulness
Learn how meditation positively affects the brain, nervous system, and immune system improving mental clarity, reducing stress, and enhancing overall well-being.

3. Mindfulness Meditation Practice
Begin your meditation journey with foundational practices to observe your breath, recognize emotions, and bring your awareness gently back to the present.

Day 2: Experiencing Mindfulness Through the Senses

1. Tea Mindfulness Meditation
Experience meditation through the art of tea where each aroma, sip, and breath becomes a gateway to stillness, gratitude, and presence.

2. Breath Meditation
Explore the healing power of the breath the bridge between body and mind. Learn to regulate your breathing to release stress and cultivate inner calm.

3. Sound Healing Meditation
Immerse yourself in the soothing resonance of healing sounds Tibetan bowls, bells, and natural vibrations to restore harmony within body and mind.

Day 3: Deep Meditation and Inner Reconciliation

1. Insight Meditation
Learn to observe the mind with clarity and compassion, witnessing thoughts and emotions without judgment a path to self-awareness and inner wisdom.

2. Sensory Meditation
Reconnect with your body through the five senses feeling each movement, breath, and pulse of life flowing within you.

3. Ho‘oponopono Meditation
Practice the ancient Hawaiian method of Ho‘oponopono a meditation of forgiveness and reconciliation, releasing inner pain and awakening unconditional love and harmony in the heart.
